More than an installation ‘Love Nest’ is a visual poem to the infinite resilience of love. Two paper air filled hearts lie triumphantly yet precarioudly unprotected on a threatening rusted barbed wire nest. The fragility and tenderness embodied in the hearts, serve as the antithesis of the ever present threat of fear, hatred and violence connoted by the barbed wire.
